cookies and milk

We’ve been working on expanding our house-made desserts and hope to have a regular dessert menu soon.  One of the cookies we’ve been testing out is this cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookie (aka an oreo)!

What do you think? Would you try it?  I think we’ll make them smaller next time, so we can serve two with an ice-cold glass of local O’Cheese Creamery or Sparkman’s Cream Valley milk.  At the current size, just one of these bad boys is enough to put you out!

What other cookies or desserts would you like to see at the Root Cellar?

    your dessert sounds great. I recently had a great dinner over there and for dessert I chose your strawberries with a sort of savory shortcake-y scone – that was FANTASTIC!!
